Are your prices Canadian?
Yes, prices are all in CAD (Canadian Dollars) by default and there is no tax. However, you can change the currency at the bottom or top of the homepage.
Are the nails made out of plastic?
No, I only use Apres Gel-X Gel nails for all press-on nails. They are made out of a clear builder gel which is more durable and lasts longer than plastic.
Are the nails sanitized?
Yes! All nail sets and all the nails are sanitized with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol prior to packaging. All sets also come with an alcohol pad for further cleaning.
How long do the nails last?
If using nail glue, with proper prep, the nails can last for 2+ weeks. I advise to remove the nails after 2 weeks to clean and reapply them.
With the double-sided adhesive gel tabs you can wear the nails for one day or a couple of hours for an event.
How do I apply the nails?
All sets come on a card that has detailed instructions on the back on how to apply the nails with either adhesive tabs or nail glue.

How do I remove my press-ons?
If you applied the nails with the double-sided adhesive gel tabs then you just need to soak your fingers in water for a couple of minutes and gently pull the nails off from the cuticle.
If you applied the nails with glue, how easy they are to remove depends on how long you have been wearing them, the quality, and amount of glue you used. First, fill a bowl with 1/4 cup of warm water. Then, add 1/4 cup of 100% acetone to the water. Place your fingers into the bowl of acetone and water and soak until the glue breaks down and they become loose. Gently pull the nails off at the cuticle.

If you are unable to remove them by soaking in water and acetone you may just need to wear them longer or they can be removed by soaking in acetone alone.
Acetone alone will damage the nails beyond repair.
Can I reuse my press-ons?
Yes, just either remove the previous adhesive tab with rubbing alcohol or gently file away the old nail glue with a small file or buffing block. Then clean the nails with isopropyl alcohol before applying them again. DO NOT clean the press-on nails with acetone or nail polish remover.
Do the nail sets come with adhesive?
Yes, all orders of nails come with an application kit that includes gel tabs and nail glue. As many people prefer different types of adhesive I do also offer different options for purchase.
What is the difference between Natural and Sculpted?
Natural fit is for flatter nail beds while Sculpted fits a more curved nail bed. 70% of people have 'normal, natural' nail beds = flatter, wider nail beds. 30% of people have 'curved' nail beds = rounder, more narrow.
Are they strong?
Yes, all nails have many layers of gel polish and are made out of builder gel.
Do you use regular nail polish?
No, I only use professional quality gel polish such as Bioseaweed Gel, Ugly Duckling and Akzentz.
Do you use gel top coat?
Yes, all sets are finished with either a glossy or matte finish gel top coat.
Will my nails look exactly like the picture?
As much as I try to duplicate the design, the sets are hand painted and therefore can differ slightly from what is pictured.
Are you certified in nails?
Yes, I received my Manicure/Pedicure certificate from Canada Beauty College in 2015.
How do I know my size?

What if the nails don't fit?
Please view the sizing chart on the homepage or order a sizing kit to ensure proper fit as due to the handmade nature of our product we are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered. However you can contact me to purchase individual nails if the size is off by a nail or two.
Can I replace a lost nail?
Yes, just send me an email for a replacement nail quote.

Where do you ship and how much is it?
We ship Worldwide (except the UK)! If you are unable to complete your checkout please email sadlerupnails@gmail.com to investigate.

How long does it take to fulfill the order?
All orders of Water Decals are fulfilled (mailed out) within 1-3 business days. Made to Order Nails are fulfilled (mailed out) within 3-5 business days. Ready to Ship Sets are mailed out the next business day as long as they are not ordered with a Made to Order Set.
